The Process
Step One
Give us a Call or email. We chat on the phone and get introduced to each other and learn about the project. We talk about your budget and expectations. Plans, specs, and inspiration are shared by email.
Step Two
If there is viability for us to work together, we meet in person at the project site to get to know each other and gather vision and details for the work
Step Three
We follow up the in person meeting with a realistic, rough budget and scope of work proposal. 3D Drawings can be provided as needed (all done in house).
Step Four
Once the client is comfortable with us and the proposal, we then move on into a deeper level of estimation and contract preparation. Usually there will be another meeting and a fair amount of exchange by email to finalize details and scope of work. A second, more comprehensive bid will be presented with all updated information and scope.
Step Five
Upon agreement of scope, details, and costing we will sign the contract and proceed to commence work. We can't wait to do this with YOU!
